![]() I did this for both days I ate breakfast. I signed one receipt and was told that wasn't the receipt to sign so I signed another one the brought me. I told the financial person it would be helpful if they didn't give 3-4 receipts, It is confusing. Also, I paid for my breakfast with my debit card (which is where I wanted the charge to go), however, they charged my debit card (still processing) and my credit card I used for incidentals. The cons were that the tub seemed super old and needed updating. I got a great price through for the room. The staff was friendly and available and the breakfast was great. My stay here was actually nice! The pros were that it was safe and close to everything I needed. The hallways were even stagnant! DO NOT STAY HERE!… The air flow through the vent was barely flowing. Maintenance guy came up and explained that -THEY- The Hilton Hotel needed to get rid of those poor working systems bc they aren’t producing enough air. Really? 2am in the morning?!!! Who wants to do that! I also heard them tell someone that they were all full so then what? Apparently, there was SUPPOSED to be a piece of paper beside the thermostat explaining that you have to CALL the front desk to adjust the temperature? No paper beside the thermostat was in our room! Manager was no help with the Hiltons SATISFACTION GUARANTEED! He claimed that if we would’ve called in the middle of the night they could’ve done something. I figured there was nothing they could do but to move us into another room. I wanted to call the front desk but kept thinking that maintenance couldn’t come in the middle of the night. The room temp-76 didn’t move! I was up several times and couldn’t sleep. ![]() I kept turning the temp down and eventually turned it down to 56.
